If you’ve found my page you probably have some interest in sustainability. Me too! How cool. Basically what you’ll find here is a range of topics to do with sustainability written from the point of view of a Mum, ex high school teacher & business owner. Someone who loves nature and all it has to offer, cares for people and their welfare and just generally wants to leave this planet a better place for our kids. Oh yea, that person is me – Lauren Naughton, we just met.

I write about what I feel is relevant at the time, whether that’s to do with wider global issues, or how to compost as a beginner. I want to keep things authentically me. So you won’t see any fancy pants writing or AI interference here. If you’re interested in genuine sustainability posts, research and tips, stick around, we’ll have some fun!
